About our free secure shipping

We will be shipping your order to you free of charge. For the security of the parcel we will use tracked and insured Federal Express Overnight shipping. Our ambition is to deliver within seven days, but for certain destinations delivery can take up to fourteen days.

We will email confirmation of your order within 24 hours, followed by emails confirming the tracking details and when your order has shipped. Our final email will be to confirm when delivery has been completed.

An adult signature will be required by Federal Express to accept delivery.

How do you process payments?

For your security all payments are subject to validation and checks. Orders are only packaged and shipped once payment authorisation has been completed.

How do I return an order?

If you would like to return an item purchased from Eloise Minn, please use our Contact Us page to begin your return, and we will send you instructions and a fully insured, prepaid FedEx return label to use for the return shipment within the United States.  For U.S. customers, two complimentary returns are allowed per customer, per year. 

Customers outside of the United States who would like to return an item should use our Contact Us page to initiate the return.  Please follow our instructions for returns outside of the United States, insure the package and return to us by FedEx at your cost.  


Please make sure to reference your Order Number on all return requests.  


All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of an item.  The item returned must be in its original purchase condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all product documentation. You must also include the receipt, as well as your contact information inside of the package.  You must send the item back to us within one (1) business day after receiving your return label or return authorization. 


If you follow the foregoing return policy, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price.  Please note that we can only credit refunds to your original payment method.


If you fail to comply with the terms, conditions and time periods set forth above, we may reject your return, and at our option, issue you a store credit or send back your merchandise.


Eloise Minn is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


We will email you upon receipt of your return package and promptly process your return in accordance with our Return Policy.  Please allow at least fifteen (15) business days for us to process your return.  Should you have any questions about your return, please use our Contact Us page.
